A Goa-eup restaurant near a lake, now run by the third generation.
The owner farms, makes jang (fermented sauces) and runs a mill.
Thirty years in the same spot; since 2019 the third generation has carried it on.
Sesame oil and chili powder are made at the owner’s own mill.
Our ssamjang and soy sauce are made at home from meju (fermented soybean blocks) we shape ourselves.
Makjang, a soybean dipping paste, made with our own recipe.
The napa cabbage on every table is grown in the field in front of the restaurant.

Pressed chicken-feet slices (dakbal pyeonyuk) travel well — take a pack along on an outing.
